Office fit out specialist, Spaceway our proud to be involved in a prestigious project providing desk screening and partitioning for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, the exclusive car manufacturer, for their new offices in Chichester, Sussex.

The Spaceway team were excited by the invitation to visit the new Rolls Royce Motors Factory site and evaluate their requirements, and was keen to present an innovative solution that would complement the office environment and corporate colour scheme.

Clive Verney, Spaceway Project Manager commented-

Each project presents new challenges, and requires a specific solution.

It is imperative that we work closely with our clients to ensure that every aspect of the project is considered and any problems identified. In turn, we provide a design and layout that often exceeds their expectations.

Spaceway specified Screen Solutions desk-top wave screens to match the corporate ‘Vernona Red’ as a means of defining desking and providing privacy while adding colour to the overall environment that coordinated well with the existing office chairs. Floor standing screens of the same colour were also installed, clearly identifying the different office areas.

Within the post area, light grey storage cupboards were specified and made bespokely to tidy away loose files and postal items.

Spaceway also designed and constructed an informal breakout area, using Albion Ventura tub chairs that also matched the corporate red.

Walkways were defined using heavy contract anti static special red carpet tiles, in conjunction with floor standing screens to clarify walkway interchanges and to continue the corporate theme.

Executive offices using glazed partitions were created for the senior managers, including floor standing fabric screens to act as dividers in the open plan offices.

Glass and filming  was used where possible to create an integrated feel to the overall design.
