Spaceway is planning to celebrate a fantastic recent run of contract successes. In April 2013, the company secured over £0.75m.
But the party hasn’t started just yet. Any celebrations have been put on hold, as currently all of the Spaceway construction teams and project managers are now flat out building projects!
Dominic O’Brien, director at Spaceway said: “This result is great for the team as every single member of our staff has worked hard to bring these new contracts in. We had a good start to the year already, and this just keeps the whole company momentum moving forwards. Winning projects is always hard work but our clients have told us that they like our service levels, including the design and advice we offer right throughout the initial proposal, order and installation process.”
“We are selling a lot of mezzanine floors, pallet racking, and demountable partitioning systems which enable our clients to leave a premises with relatively little dilapidation expenses. The other area we are busy in is complete fit out projects including energy efficient LED lighting schemes and air-conditioning systems, as clients’ energy costs of running offices, warehouses and production spaces are increasing all the time.
“The fit out market seems to be saying: ‘improve, don’t move’, with clients willing to spend budgets on improving existing spaces providing it can prove to provide return on investment. This is an aspect of fit out that Spaceway has a fantastic reputation for.
“We also forecast significant contract wins throughout May and June, so we will carry on offering our clients exactly what they want.”
